Dwayne Cook, age 55 of Tompkins Cove was arrested  after he was stopped for allegedly speeding on 9W and the arresting officer determined his license had been previously suspended 7 times.

Michelle Squillante, age 47 of Tompkins Cove was arrested for multiple warrants, including alleged criminal possession of stolen property, possession of a forged instrument, theft of property valued over $1,000, possession of a hypodermic needle, driving without a license, and speeding without a license, and for possessing a small amount of heroin at the time of arrest on September 19.

DA’S REPORT 

Jonathan Elwell, 35, of Suffern, was convicted of assault, vehicular assault, two counts of driving while intoxicated, and leaving the scene of an accident where there was a serious physical injury in Montebello by running down Route 202 and stumbling into the woods, related to a head-on collision in Ramapo that nearly killed another driver on October 14, 2015 at approximately 12:48 AM.
