Hillcrest Man Arrested for Assualt

On September 20th around 5 pm, the Ramapo Police Department arrested a 25-year old man from Hillcrest on domestic charges.

When the police arrived at the scene, they found a victim will swell marks and lacerations. The Hillcrest man who remains nameless was transported to the stationhouse and will be processed under criminal mischief and assault charges.

Trespass Fugitive still Wanted

The Ramapo Police Department is still looking for a 32-year old woman by the name of Shenettra Franklin.

She is 5 foot 3 inches and weighed 150 pounds. She is wanted for criminal trespass in the second degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree. The original arrest occurred in the Village of Chestnut Ridge in 2014.

Spring Valley Woman Arrested

Monday, at around 12:30 pm, the Ramapo Police Department was called to handle a domestic dispute. A 34-year old woman from Spring Valley was arrested for having an outstanding warrant. She must return to court on a date to be named later.

Town of Clarkstown

Nyack Woman Wanted for Larceny

Kathryn Fasano, a 42-year old woman from Nyack, NY is wanted for larceny and the possession of stolen property. The Clarkstown Police Department asks anyone with information to report back to them. Call 845-639-5880.

 

Village of Suffern

Suffern Man Charged With Trespass

A 50-year old Suffern man was arrested for criminal trespass after he went to his ex-girlfriend’s apartment on Chester Street, uninvited.

3 Arrested for Driving With Suspended Registrations

A 47-year old man was charged with having an active warrant and later charged with bail jumping. The Suffern Police Department later charged three drivers for operating under suspended registrations, a 24-year old man from Spring Valley, a 25-year old man from Stony Point and 47-year old woman from Sloatsburg.

Ramsey Teens Involved in Fight

The Suffern Police Department arrested two Ramsey teens, aged 16 and 18 who were involved in a fight at a Pavilion Road party.

When the police arrived, the two teens acted very aggressively towards the officers and were taken to custody and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration.

Montebello Man Charged With DWI

On Sunday evening, the Suffern Police Department arrested a 56-year old man from Montebello for driving while intoxicated.

The officer stopped the man for speeding on Route 202 around 11:00 pm. The officer found that the driver was in possession of illegal drugs and was then taken to police headquarters. The driver was given a breathalyzer which showed he was intoxicated. The suspect was released on bail and is pending a court date in the near future.
