JUNE 30

Clarkstown concert and fireworks, Nanuet High School, 103 Church St.

Celebrate Independence Day with the Mighty Spectrum Band concert, family-friendly activities and fireworks. Activities begin at 6 p.m., including inflatable bouncers and Rockland County Radio Control Club demos. The concert starts at 8 p.m. Fireworks will follow at 9 p.m. Refreshments will be available for purchase. Rain date: July 1. Visit www.clarkstown.org for more information.

Bring your blankets, beach chairs and refreshments and celebrate early with live music and food at 7:30 p.m. Fireworks at 9:15 p.m. Picnics welcome. No rain date scheduled. 

 

July 1

SummerFest and Fireworks

SummerFest Stage and North Parking

Lot at Cross County Shopping Center, 8000 Mall Walk, Yonkers 

Start your Fourth of July party early with a festive fireworks show and live music including a concert by a British Invasion Tribute Band. Festivities including strolling entertainers and giveaways begin at 6 p.m. Rock & roll on the main stage at 7 p.m.; Fireworks show at 9:30 p.m. No rain date scheduled.

Fireworks at Boulders Stadium,

Palisades Credit Union Park, Pomona

Come celebrate your Fourth of July weekend with a game, live music, giveaways and fireworks starting at 7 p.m. The fun continues on July 2 and 3, with baseball games at 6:30 p.m., party, and 3D fireworks. On Independence Day, stop by at 5:30 p.m. for a game, hot dog eating contest, more giveaways, a post-game performance from the Ramsey Wind Symphony and a fireworks extravaganza. July 2

Pops, Patriots & Fireworks at Caramoor, Trophy Point, West Point

The West Point Band will present its annual Independence Day celebration at 7:30 p.m. featuring an evening of patriotic music, followed by a fireworks display over the Hudson River. Free. Rain date: July 3. 845-938 2617,  usma.edu/band.

July 4

Nyack Fireworks

The Village of Nyack will hold its Fourth of July fireworks display at 9 p.m. in Memorial Park.

 

Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown

The villages of Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow will have a fireworks show at dusk delete period here (Approximately 8:15-9:45 p.m.). Fireworks will be shot off at the Edge-on-Hudson (old General Motors site). Rain date: July 5. View display from Pierson Park in Tarrytown or Kingsland Point Park in Sleepy Hollow.

 

Yonkers Fireworks

Yonkers will host a Fourth of July celebration and fireworks display on the Yonkers Waterfront, sponsored by Empire City Casino. The evening will be full of family-friendly entertainment including kids activities and live music starting at 5 p.m. on the Yonkers Waterfront, concluding with a fireworks display at 9:15 p.m. over the Hudson River. The Waterfront, from Warburton Avenue down to the Pier, between Main and Dock Streets, will be blocked off from traffic starting at 4 p.m. For more information, visit yonkersny.gov.
