Rockland BOCES Career and Technical Education Center (CTEC) Principal Kim Bell was named 2016 Administrator of the Year by the Empire State Supervisors and Administrators Association (ESSAA), representing the Mid-Hudson Region 3, during a June 3 ceremony in Saratoga Springs.  Ms. Bell was selected by a committee of peers across the region and will be featured in the June issue of the ESSAA Journal.

“Kim Bell not only leads by example, but fosters the growth of others,” said BOCES Chief Operating Officer Mary Jean Marsico, Ed. D. “For more than a decade, Kim has made huge contributions to establishing Rockland BOCES as an economic driver in our community.  She is a well-respected and highly accomplished school leader who has developed several innovative programs and opportunities for a diverse student population. Strong school leadership is essential if we want our students to achieve at high levels. I am grateful for leaders like Kim.”
