A first ever event in Rockland County: This concert, comprised of classical large brass ensemble instruments will knock your socks off! Featuring an 18-piece orchestral brass and percussion ensemble, this outstanding group, led by Larry Zaiden, Rockland Symphony Orchestra’s Board President and conductor of the Rockland County Concert Band, will perform music of Wagner: Elsa’s Procession to the Cathedral from “Lohengrin,” Antiphonal Selections from “Sacrae Symphoniae” by Gabrieli, Fanfare by Dukas and Copeland’s Fanfare for the Common Man. What a program!

This is a concert not to be missed and funds raised will help to ensure that the Rockland Symphony Orchestra will be able to continue in its mission of providing high quality concerts to Rockland County audiences, such as the “Spring Ahead with Music” full symphony concert on March 20, 2016, 4 p.m. at the Green Meadow Concert Hall, featuring the music of Brahm’s, Elgar, Suk, Wagner and Wilhousky.
