Corner Bakery Cafe Returns Under New Ownership

Corner Bakery Cafe is returning to Nanuet, hosting a grand re-opening of the cafe on Monday, August 24.

The Nanuet cafe is under new ownership whom owns one other Corner Bakery and over a dozen Buffalo Wild Wings. It is located at 9101 Fashion Drive within The Shops at Nanuet.

 To celebrate the cafe’s grand re-opening, Corner Bakery Cafe will add excitement on opening day and throughout the first month of business with several prizes and giveaways. On opening day, the first 100 guests through the doors at 7 a.m. will receive a commemorative Corner Bakery Cafe travel mug and free daily refills of hand-roasted coffee for one year. Free daily refills of hand-roasted coffee for one year will also be honored to those who received travel mugs in March of last year. Throughout the first month of business, Corner Bakery Cafe will also hold drawings to award lucky guests free grilled panini for a year, free Buttermilk Pancake and egg breakfast for a year and a free large Corner Classic catering order.

Corner Bakery Cafe serves made-to-order food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The seasonal, innovative menu ranges from hot breakfast and grilled panini to handcrafted salads, signature sandwiches, mouthwatering sweets and more. Favorites include buttermilk pancakes for breakfast, the grilled-to-perfection chicken pomodori panini for lunch, the crave-worthy pesto cavatappi for dinner, and a slice of rich cinnamon creme cake for dessert.

The Nanuet Corner Bakery Cafe is the store’s first Rockland County location and is now under the new ownership and operation of Four M Bakery, LLC, a group of veteran restaurateurs who have been in the industry more than 20 years. The company also owns 17 local Buffalo Wild Wings and another Corner Bakery Cafe in Westbury. The franchise partners plan to open a total of 17 Corner Bakery Cafe restaurants in Nassau, Westchester and Suffolk Counties over the next seven years.
