FAIRWAY MARKET TO HOST FIRE DEPARTMENT FOOD FACE-OFF

The Town of Clarkstown and Fairway supermarket in Nanuet invites residents to attend the Fairway Market Firehouse Food Face-off on July 12, 2015. The free event, open to the public, includes: music, food, giveaways, and fire trucks.

All seven volunteer fire departments in the Town of Clarkstown will compete in Fairway’s Firehouse Food Face-Off to determine whose barbecue is best.  A panel of carefully selected judges will choose the winning team at 2 p.m.  All supplies and food are provided by Fairway Market.  In addition to bragging rights, the fire house that wins will be given a $500 Fairway Gift Card and a shopping night at Fairway Market to benefit the charity of their choice. At the shopping night 25 percent of sales from registered shoppers will be donated to the chosen charity.
