Stony Point DWI

James P. Fagan, age 25, residing at 70 Front Street, Nyack, NY, was arrested by Stony Point Police Department on June 26, 2015 for DWI, DWI per se and a vehicle and traffic offense. The defendant was arrested after an accident investigation determined the defendant was operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition and in excess of .08 B.A.C. The defendant suffered minor injuries after losing control of his vehicle and striking a tree while travelling westbound on Willow Grove Road. The defendant was arrested and is currently being processed. He will be released on several traffic tickets returnable at the Stony Point Justice Court on July 21, 2015 at 1:30 p.m.
