Expanding 4-Year Degrees through RCC’s University Center

Ramapo- Earning a bachelor’s degree right here in Rockland just got easier, thanks to a new partnership between Rockland Community College and Bellevue University, a private, non-profit university with more than 40,000 graduates since its founding in 1966.

Bellevue offers more than 50 bachelor’s degrees online. To maximize student success, a full-time representative of Bellevue University will stay onsite at RCC to support students in enrolling, transferring credits, or other issues.

RCC graduates who transfer their credits will have them applied to fulfill Bellevue University’s general education requirements. Credit hours from CLEP, DSST, military experience and corporate certifications may also be considered during the transfer process. All RCC’s University Center programs are designed to help busy people complete their bachelor’s degree while balancing work, family, or other time commitments. Bellevue degrees in rapid growth areas include:

Other 4-year options at RCC include Purchase College’s Liberal Arts BA degrees in Liberal Studies, Communications/Media, and Legal Studies; and through SUNY Cobleskill one can pursue a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Call 845-574-4151 or visit: www.sunyrockland.edu/go/universitycenter.
