BOIL WATER ORDER LIFTED

The Rockland County Health Department lifted a boil water order for the following addresses in West Nyack:

·         Marcus Rd. – # 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,9,11,12,14

·         Jill Dr. – # 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,21,23,24,25,26,27

·         Richard Dr. – # 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,22

·         Elrod Dr. – # 1,2,3,5,6,7,8,12,14,15,16

The Rockland County Health Department lifted a boil water order for the following addresses in Pearl River:

·         Stonehaven Rd. – # 1,3,5,7,9

·         E. Townline Rd.- # 247,251

 

The boil water order was issued following a main break on Sickletown Road in West Nyack on Saturday.

It is no longer necessary for those customers to boil their water for cooking or drinking purposes.

Lab results indicate that the water meets all safe drinking water standards.
