That was the mood Gregory Joseph of 500 East Funston Avenue, Spring Valley was in on the evening of November 17, 2014 according to Rockland DA Thomas Zugibe.

The DA says Joseph struck a victim with such a lock after the victim refused to give him a buck. The victim suffered a laceration to the face, bruising and soreness to the left arm and left rib area.

The defendant, who turned 33 shortly after the alleged assault, was indicted on February 27, 2015 by a Rockland County Grand Jury for the crimes of assault in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.
