Stony Point Sesquicentennial Committee Chooses Official Logo, Lines up Several Events

The celebration of Stony Point’s 150th anniversary is gaining momentum as the town’s Sesquicentennial Committee has adopted an official logo and confirmed at least five events. Among the most exciting events is an appearance by the West Point band, who will perform patriotic songs at North Rockland High School this spring. Stony Point has requested the band play the only known song named after the Battle of Stony Point.
