Occasionally embattled Rockland TRIPS bus vendor Richard Brega, principal of Brega Transportation, has seen his share of government pressure in the past year, most often from County Executive Ed Day’s office.
The Board of Elections website indicates that recently County Legislature Chairman Alden Wolfe refunded Brega in the sum of $1,000. Wolfe has yet to explain the odd move.
