The Town of Haverstraw celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month at its last town board meeting of October and recognized some exceptional individuals from Haverstraw. Each honoree was presented with a Distinguished Service Awardfrom Supervisor Howard Phillips and the Town Board in grateful appreciation for their outstanding service to the people of the Town of Haverstraw.
