PALISADES CENTER PRESENTS “SPOOKFEST”

Palisades Center is gearing up for Spookfest!, a free, family friendly event taking place on Wednesday, October 29 from 6 – 8 p.m. on the first floor near H&M and Uniqlo.

The event will kick off at 6 p.m. with a live, musical performance by Rolie Polie Guacamole, a group from Brooklyn that will play their award-winning, folk rock-inspired children’s hits. Their act will be followed by magician Mark Calabrese, who has some super cool tricks up his sleeve! Make sure to wear your costume, as there will be plenty of photo opportunities against a spooky backdrop and silly Halloween props. Prizes will be given out for five categories of costumes: cutest, funniest, most creative, scariest, and best family costume. Contestants must be present to win during the prize ceremony at 7:45 p.m.

Representatives from all around Palisades Center will be present, like the teams from Stir Crazy, Dave & Buster’s and Toys ‘R Us. Kids can look forward to an appearance from Geoffrey the Giraffe, Boulder Bird (from Rockland Boulders) and Billy Bee (from Billy Beez)! And of course, there will be candy, giveaways, activity pads, and spooky games to play throughout the event.

Join Palisades Center for their first annual Spookfest on Wednesday, October 29 from 6-8 p.m. on the first floor near H&M and Uniqlo. For more information on special events and promotions at the mall, visit www.palisadescenter.com.
