ORANGETOWN OPEN HOUSE

This Saturday, October 18 the Town of Orangetown will be holding its annual open house from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Residents are invited to come to Town Hall for this free, fun, and family-friendly event. Residents can tour police facilities, see the town jail, meet emergency service experts, see the Emergency Operations Center and check out some of the Highway Department’s equipment. Also at the Open House, at 1 p.m. in the Town Board Room, Supervisor Andy Stewart will talk about his recently proposed budget and take questions about the budget process. At 2 p.m. the town will hold a ceremony honoring the police officers killed in the line of duty during the Brinks Robbery in October, 1981.
