ANNIE RABBITT ENDORSES KARL BRABENEC FOR ASSEMBLY

(GOSHEN, NY) – Orange County Clerk Annie Rabbitt formally endorsed Karl Brabenec for the New York State Assembly during a recent fundraiser in Chester.

Rabbitt held the same assembly seat for the 10 years. She vacated the seat in January after being elected to the position of Orange County Clerk.

“Karl has always worked very hard for all of his constituents as Supervisor of Deerpark,” said Rabbitt. “We need someone with his intelligence, enthusiasm, experience, and work ethic to represent all of us in Albany and continue the fight against the liberal tax-and-spend policies brought forth by Sheldon Silver. I am confident Karl will work every day to deliver for all of the hard-working residents of the 98th district.”

Karl Brabenec is the Republican, Conservative, and Independence party candidate for the New York State Assembly in the 98th District. The district is comprised of the City of Port Jervis, towns of Deerpark, Greenville, Minisink, Warwick, Monroe, Tuxedo, and a portion of Ramapo. The general election will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2014.

“It is truly an honor to receive Annie Rabbitt’s endorsement and confidence,” said Brabenec. “When elected, I will have big shoes to fill, but I will aggressively pick up the mantle where Annie left off. I will continue working for real tax reform, less regulation, spending reductions, Second Amendment rights, our first responders, and the return of New York to the Empire State once again.”
