Three arrested in Haverstraw robbery

The Town of Haverstraw PD arrested three on Monday afternoon, September 21 after receiving a report of a man bleeding from the head on Hurd Ave. Upon officers arrival it was determined that the victim, who was sitting in his backyard was assaulted by three to four individuals. The victim also observed one of the suspects walking out of his residence carrying a box. After obtaining a description of suspects from the victim, a description was put out over the police radio to other police vehicles in the area. The victim, who suffered a head injury was transported to nyack hospital via haverstraw ambulance for treatment.

Arrested and charged with robbery in the first degree & burglary in the first degree were: Felix E. Martinez-Lopez, 19; Jarrett L. Hilton, 21; and Daquan Kelly, 21, all from North Rockland.
