O&R, IBEW LOCAL 503 REACH TENTATIVE CONTRACT AGREEMENT

O&R and IBEW Local 503 Tuesday evening reached a tentative agreement on a new labor contract. The current contract is extended to permit normal business operations to continue while the union conducts its ratification vote.

The current contract has been in effect since June 1, 2009. O&R has 1,100 employees, 607 of whom are represented by Local 503.
