CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Christine Munderville, age 33, residing at 64 Cinder Rd, Stony Point, NY, was arrested on May 20, 2014 for criminal possession of a controlled substance and a violation of probation. The defendant was arrested after a vehicle and traffic stop revealed that she was wanted on an active Arrest warrant out of Spring Valley for CPCS and an active felony Arrest warrant out of Orange County for a probation violation. The defendant was arrested, processed and turned over to the Spring Valley Police Department to answer charges related to their warrant.

DWI
Jonathan Durning, age 28, residing at 116 W. Clarkstown Rd., New City, NY, was arrested on May 20, 2104 for DWI and DWI per se. The defendant was arrested after he turned himself in on an active bench warrant for stated charges. The defendant was arrested, processed, arraigned and released on an appearance ticket returnable June 3, 2014 at 9 a.m. after posting $100 cash bail.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
Hudson Sibley, age 16, residing at 3 Rosetown Rd., Tomkins Cove, NY, was arrested on May 15, 2014 for criminal mischief in the fourth degree. The defendant was arrested after a warrant investigation determined he was wanted on an active arrest warrant for listed charge. The defendant was arrested, processed, arraigned and released on an appearance ticket returnable June 3, 2014.

CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY
John Quevedo, age 26, residing at 10 Indian Dr., Stony Point, NY, was arrested on May 7, 2014 for petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree. The defendant was arrested after a warrant investigation determined he was wanted on an active arrest warrant for listed charges. The defendant was arrested, processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable May 15, 2014 at 1:30 p.m.
