Andy’s staffers put Rob in the back row

Aides to Rob Astorino, the Republican Westchester County executive running for governor, say he was blocked from prime seating Wednesday at President Obama’s Tappan Zee Bridge event by Gov. Cuomo staffers.

Astorino aides say he was originally slated to be seated within the first three rows but ended up standing with no seat in the back after Cuomo aides intervened.
Astorino was invited to event on Tuesday. When he arrived, his staff said they were told by a White House representative that the county executive would be sitting within the first three rows.
