MAD SPRING: Spate of lurking and exposure incidents continue

The Clarkstown Police Department received a report that a male had exposed his genitals to two females walking around the south end of Congers Lake, 8 a.m. this morning. The suspect is described as a black male, 20 to 25 years of age, 5’6″ to 5’8″, medium build wearing a white tee shirt and black shorts.

The suspect was last seen running south on the railroad tracks. Responding units canvassed the area but the suspect was not located.  Send tips to CPD at 845-639-5800.
