Dr. Friedman received his pre-dental education from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Rutherford, New Jersey, completing a B.S. in Biology. He graduated cum laude and was member of the Phi Zeta Kappa Honor Society. He received his D.M.D. degree at their College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Friedman has teaching affiliations at the New York University College of Dentistry, where he is a clinical assistant professor, and a clinical and surgical director for Implantology: Surgical and Prosthetic Treatment. He has also held a clinical assistant professor, Cosmetic Dentistry position. He has completed numerous continuing education courses including the New York College of Dentistry Cosmetic Dentistry Symposium and has been a participant at the International Congress of Oral Implantology conference. He is a member the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantology – as a fellow and diplomate.
