ROCKLAND SCORE OPENS NEW LOCATION IN HAVERSTRAW

Rockland SCORE, a mentorship program for small business owners and entrepreneurs, announced recently that it has opened a new location at the RCC Haverstraw Extension Center in downtown Haverstraw. It is SCORE’s fifth location in the county. “Rockland County SCORE is enthused to be a partner in the RCC Haverstraw Extension Center,” said Bob Janesak, the Rockland chapter chairperson. “This location expands our geographic footprint and will allow our organization to better serve clients in the northern part of the county.”

In anticipation of this opening, the Rockland SCORE Chapter has increased the number of mentors insuring continued high quality of service to our clients. Mentoring sessions will be held every Wednesday at 4 p.m., 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. at the new facility located at 37 West Broad Street, 2nd Floor.

Additional sessions are hosted by Rockland SCORE at the following locations:

· Tuesday and Thursday: Brucker Hall, Rockland Community College, Suffern, N.Y.
· Tuesday: New City Volunteer Ambulance Center, 200 Congers Road, New City, N.Y.
· Friday: Rockland Economic Development Corporation, 2 Blue Hill Plaza, Pearl River, N.Y.
· Monday and Thursday: Street Community Center, 31 Zukor Road, New City, N.Y.
