STONY POINT POLICE DEPARTMENT CRIMES 1/20/14

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION
Amanda Gagliardo, age 24, residing at 63 N. Central Hwy., Garnerville NY, was arrested on January 17, 2014 for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree. The defendant was arrested after a vehicle and traffic stop revealed that she was operating a motor vehicle while her NYS DLIC was suspended for failing to answer numerous summonses. The defendant was arrested, processed and released on several traffic tickets returnable February 20, 2014 at 1:30 p.m.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION
Christopher Henry, age 24, residing at 63 N. Central Hwy., Garnerville, NY, was arrested on January 17, 2014 for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree. The defendant was arrested after a vehicle and traffic stop revealed that he was operating a motor vehicle while his NYS DLIC was suspended for failing to answer numerous summonses. The defendant was arrested, processed and released on several traffic tickets returnable February 25, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. after posting $50 cash bail.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA
Alexander R. Ray, age 23, residing at 6 Jackson Ave., Garnerville NY, was arrested on January 17, 2014 for unlawful possession of marijuana. The defendant was arrested after a vehicle and traffic stop revealed that he was in possession of 2.0 grams of marijuana. The defendant was arrested, processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable February 25, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. after being issued a traffic summons.
AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION
Casey Rich, age 31, residing at 273 Route 210, Stony Point, NY, was arrested on January 15, 2014 for aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree x2. The defendant was arrested after she was involved in a minor personal injury motor vehicle accident and investigation into said accident revealed that she was operating a motor vehicle while her NYSDLIC was revoked. She was transported to Nyack Hospital for medical attention. Additionally, it was revealed that the defendant had an active bench warrant for above stated charge out of the Village of Spring Valley after she turned herself in later that day. The defendant was arrested, processed and released on several traffic summonses and then turned over to the Spring Valley Police Department to answer said warrant.
