PRESS RELEASE FROM SUPERIOR TECH 

(Pearl River, NY) On Tuesday, October 8, Superior Technology Solutions will educate the region’s small businesses on their technology offerings and capabilities at the Rockland Business Association’s (RBA) Regional Business Expo from 12:00 to 5:00 pm. The annual event, organized by the RBA, is intended to create new opportunities for area businesses and to bring together community leaders.

Located in booth 37, the Superior Technology team will be highlighting their extensive experience in custom application development, cloud-based software solutions, and IT security.

For the first time, the Expo will feature special sections by service area. The four highlighted areas at the Expo will include The Latest Technology, “Green” Industry, Hospitality Venues and Cooking Demonstrations.

The Expo’s featured “The Latest Technology” section is an offshoot of the Technology Initiative, on which the RBA and Superior Technology Solutions have worked together since the start of 2013. The RBA revived their Technology Initiative in an effort to educate Rockland-based business owners on the evolving technology industry, and Superior Technology leadership has facilitated Technology Initiative events and co-sponsored the first TechEXPO in the summer of 2013.

One of the RBA’s primary goals of the Technology Initiative is to provide an educational forum to their business members about available new and emerging technologies. The Initiative coincides with Governor Cuomo’s State of the State presentation, which proposed steps to accelerate the commercialization of good technology ideas and the creation of new businesses.
