At Monday’s Town Board meeting, Supervisor Howard T. Phillips, Jr. and the Haverstraw Town Board presented a plaque to Mr. Thomas Gormley, a volunteer firefighter with General Warren Emergency Company 2. He was honored for his 50 years of dedication, commitment and volunteer service to the community and to the people of the Town of Haverstraw.
Phillips said, “We are so grateful to him for all he has done as a volunteer firefighter and we are proud to recognize him for his many years of dedication, commitment and volunteer service to the community and to the people of the Town of Haverstraw.”
