On July 13, 2013 shortly before 6 p.m., the Clarkstown Police Department arrested Crystal Morrison and Carver Marshall, both 32 years of age and from Brooklyn, NY for criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree (felony), petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, both misdemeanors.
Morrison and Marshall were inside of the Hollister store located at the Palisades Center Mall. Police say while acting in concert with each other they stole 18 fragrance items valued at $792. When stopped, Morrison and Marshall were also found to be in possession of two stolen fragrance items from Abercrombie and Fitch valued at $108.
During the investigation it was determined that the two drove to the mall in a 2013 Ford Taurus. The Ford was located in the parking lot and a search uncovered 62 items valued at $3026.25 which were determined to be stolen from the Victoria Secret store also located at the Palisades Center Mall.
The two were transported to police headquarters. They were arraigned in Clarkstown Justice Court before Judge Thorsen.
