Cliffview Pilot: Nine people from Pearl River were taken into custody by Palisades Interstate Parkway police after they were caught celebrating graduation with pot and booze past the safety barriers at the Rockefeller Lookout Wednesday night.
Five adults received summonses and four juveniles were issued complaints and released to their parents after Officer Joseph Villone found them around 2 a.m., Acting Chief Michael Coppola said this morning.
