North Rockland Alums to Hold Three-Class High School Reunion

Dominant athletes and old friends to reunite for one night

The North Rockland High School classes of 1971, 1972, and 1973 will be holding a joint reunion the weekend of September 21, 22, and 23.

Of special note, the classes of 1971, 72 and 73 each produced undefeated football teams and in 1973 NRHS won the triple-crown by bringing home county championships in football, basketball, and baseball.

The main event “Old Friends, Good Food and Music” will be on September 22 at the Platzl Brauhaus in Pomona. Kicking things off on Friday night, September 21 will be a “Meet and Greet” at the Hudson Water Club at the Haverstraw Marina. Wrapping things up will be a family day at Riverfront Park in Grassy Point on Sunday afternoon, September 23.

Entertainment will be included and performed by members of these classes. Other events will include a round of golf, a home football game and a fundraiser “Taste of North Rockland” to benefit YMCA programs in North Rockland.
