The Clarkstown Police Department arrested Vito Cerbone, 31, from the Bronx on counterfeiting charges October 7. Police allege Cerbone used counterfeit $20 bills to purchase merchandise at the Kohl’s store located in Woodbury, NY. Cerbone then came to the Kohl’s store in Nanuet to return the merchandise for cash which totaled $205.89, according to police. […]
