The Past Rockland County Volunteer Firefighters Association President from 1988, Allen Lynch, will attend the Master of Ceremonies at their annual convention at 7:30 p.m.  hosted by the Piermont Fire Department at View On The Hudson in Piermont, September 7. Parade will be Saturday, September 8 at 2 p.m.
