The Arts Council of Rockland and Coupe Theatre Studio is producing a “Night Of Dancing” Saturday, March 17 at the Coupe Studio in Nanuet. A fundraiser for the Arts Council, the event will feature Swingadelic, a swing band, and ballroom and swing dance instruction. There will be a film room featuring filmmaker Marta Renzi works. “Smile” at Nyack High School will be held at 7:30 p.m. March 16-17 and 23-24.”The Drowsy Chaperone” at Tappan Zee High School will be held March 16, 17 and 18. “Chess” at Suffern High School March 19 (concert) and March 22, 23 and 24. “Anything Goes” at Clarkstown South High School March 23, 24 and 25.

Blackbird by David Harrower to be held March 29, 30 and 31 at Garner Arts Center, produced by Shades Repertory Theatre. This will be a fundraiser for victims of child abuse and the Rockland Welcome Committee. Call 845-675-8044
