  • Santa & friends will be riding around Stony Point this weekend escorted by Wayne Hose Fire Co. Look and listen for the sirens and Christmas carols. Santa Claus will show up Saturday, December 16, 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. on the south side of Farley Bridge and Sunday, December 17, 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. on the north side of Farley Bridge.
  • Pics with Santa will be held weekends through Christmas at Haverstraw Rail Station on Route 9W and Main Street from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Ned Kelly’s Christmas Cabaret is in its 29th year and will be performed at Peter Kelly’s X20 Xavier’s on the Hudson in Yonkers. He’ll be joined by songstress Kimberly Hawkey. A singalong is included. Contact Xavier’s on the Hudson or Elvanelle Music at 518-396-9865.

  • The great Glen Miller Band was excellent as usual at the Westchester Broadway Theatre on Monday, December 11. Brand new vocalist Maria Schafer was great as was band leader, Nick Hilscher.
