RCADD HOSTS FREE VIEWING OF “GENERATION FOUND”

Rockland Council on Alcoholism and Other Drug Dependence [RCADD] will present a free viewing of the film documentary “Generation Found” on Wednesday, October 11 at Rockland Community College’s Cultural Arts Theatre. Light refreshments will be served at a social hour beginning at 6 p.m. The film will begin at 7 p.m.

The film is created by award-winning filmmakers Jeff Reilly and Greg Williams, the same team who made the well-received “The Anonymous People,” also about the recovery community.  “Generation Found” is described as the powerful story of a community coming together to build the world’s largest peer-driven youth and family recovery community. The film will take a look at a system of treatment, recovery high schools, alternative peer groups and collegiate recovery programs that have become a real-world utility for communities struggling with addiction.
