The Whispering Tree, including singer/songwriter Eleanor Kleiner, multi-instrumentalist Elie Brangbour, and songwriter/performer R.T. Miller, will be featured by the Borderline Folk Music Club at the Nanuet Library, Sunday, October 22 at 1 p.m. in a local music presentation. The extreme magic of Eric Wilzig, a Halloween dinner and show event, will be held at Westchester Broadway Theatre, Elmsford, Monday, October 30. WBT says there will be unique illusions, daring escapes and outrageous stunts. On main stage now is “Annie, Get Your Gun” rated Four Stars by the Rockland County Times. Ned Harris Education Studio at Garner Arts Center, Garnerville, will be starting Saturday, September 30, and will include New iPhone Movie Studio, Natural Dyes In Textile Design. Color, Demystifying the mystery, Contemporary Approaches to Drawing and Beyond the Point and Click. Faculty includes Frank Vitale, Jamie Kimak, Diane Churchill, Joe Fusaro and Susan Stava.
