Hello, Rockland County! The end of September has sure been feeling more like August! That said, some changes are on the way to close out the month and kick off October, so let’s get to the forecast.

Friday: Expect increasing cloudiness by the evening, otherwise mostly sunny. High near 65° after a morning low near 48°. Chance of rain is 0%.

Saturday: A few morning showers will give way to clearing skies during the afternoon. High near 65° after a morning near 50°. Chance of rain is 50%.

Sunday: Mostly sunny skies. High near 69° after a morning low near 47°. Chance of rain is 0%.

Monday: Mostly sunny skies. High near 72° after a morning low around 47°. Chance of rain is 0%.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny skies early with partly cloudy skies during the afternoon. High near 73° after a morning low near 48°. Chance of rain is 0%.

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy skies with an isolated shower around, especially during the morning. High near 72° after a morning low near 52°. Chance of rain is 30%.

Thursday: A mix of clouds and sun with the threat for a few showers. High near 70° after a morning low of around 51°. Chance of rain is 30%.

SUMMARY:

Even though we’re more seasonable for this time of year, relatively quiet weather is expected during the forecast period. We could see more active weather as we approach the end of next week. Have a great weekend, and happy October!
