Tis the Season! Suffern Christmas Parade takes place Saturday

 
christmasThe Village of Suffern will hold their annual Christmas Parade down Lafayette Avenue on Saturday, December 3 at 6p.m. The Salvation Army will provide caroling and music at the Gazebo, beginning at 5 p.m. 
 
Local fire departments, the Suffern High School Marching band and various floats will be featured in this festive arrival of Santa to the village.  The parade will start at the corner of Orange and Lafayette Avenues, at 6 p.m. and proceed up Lafayette Avenue to the Gazebo where the Village Christmas tree will be lit.
 
After the tree is lit, all are invited into the Suffern Community Center for kids to meet and take pictures with Santa, and enjoy crafts and refreshments.
