Victoria’s Larceny

On November 8, 2016 at approximately 8:50 p.m. the Clarkstown Police Department responded to Victoria’s Secret located at the Palisades Mall in West Nyack for a report of shoplifting. The suspects, Deja Medley, 21 and a 15-year-old male juvenile, both of Bronx, NY were arrested at the scene.

The two suspects were reportedly observed by loss prevention employees taking women’s clothing valued at $1,371. They were charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree (felony) and criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree (felony). Deja Medley was released on an appearance ticket and will return to Clarkstown Justice Court on November 16, 2016. The 15-year-old juvenile was released to his guardian and his case will be handled by the Clarkstown Juvenile Aid Bureau.
