Two Keystoners Arrested on Heroin, Coke and Meth Possession Charges

Picture 2On Thursday, September 29 at about 3:08 p.m., Town of Ramapo Police received a report of a suspicious vehicle parked on Inwood Drive in the Hillcrest area of the Town of Ramapo. The responding officer found the vehicle occupied by Rylee Smyth (female-24 years old) of Hawley, Pennsylvania and Christopher Guglielmino (male- 22 years old) of Tafton Pennsylvania.

During this investigation, Smyth and Guglielmino were arrested and charged with the following:

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree (class D Felony)

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree (class A misdemeanor)

They are accused of possessing about 20 grams of heroin as well as cocaine and methamphetamine.

Both parties were arraigned in the Town of Ramapo Justice Court and they were each remanded to the Rockland County Jail in lieu of $7,500 bail.
