A mess on Haley Drive in Pomona! 

Turns out some restaurateurs would rather dump empty liquor bottles on Haley Drive in Pomona than pay for carting.  Haley Drive resident Joni Anger told the Rockland County Times that this has been going in for some time and local authorities have declined to take responsibility for cleaning the mess. Anger, a member of Keep Rockland Beautiful and other local civic organization, personally collects the bottles to keep her neighborhood clean.

The government then comes and collects her heavy orange bags.
