DIVINE FULL MOON RISING YOGA

The Village of Haverstaw with The Haverstraw Riverarts will be hosting a Full Moonrising Yoga on Tuesday, July 19. The event will be held at Emeline Park beginning at 7 p.m.

Are you up for the challenge of Yoga? Start your week with the physical, mental, and spiritual practice of Yoga and guided meditation with the quiet and relaxing sounds alongside the Hudson River provided by meditation instructor Tim Rothschild and Yoga instructor Gina Turner.

The hour and forty-five minute class teaches you relaxation techniques such as meditation, deep breathing, and stretching. Yoga and meditation has been proven to reduce everyday stress and boost your energy, mood, and aurora. Afterwards, relieve some stress during our dance party with entertainment and a psychic will have tarot card and numerology readings that begin at 8:45 till 10 p.m.

Emeline Park is located in the Village of Haverstraw, at the foot of Main Street. Public transportation from NYC is available via the Hudson Line from Grand Central to Ossining and then from Ossining to Haverstraw via the Haverstraw Ferry. We advise all participants to bring their own mat, towel, and water.
