Yonkers woman arrested on DWI charges

Jessica Carey, 19, of Yonkers, NY was arrested on drunk driving charges 4:22 a.m., Friday morning, January 29 in Rockland County. A Sheriff Patrol officer observed the subject operating a motor vehicle on Rt. 59 in a reckless manner. Subject was found to be intoxicated and arrested, the officer said. She was processed at Sheriff HQ in New City and released on a summons to return to Clarkstown Justice Court.
