Article by Rockland County Times editor Dylan Skriloff published in the November 12, 2007 edition of the Hudson Valley Business Journal, in which Gerald Celente forecasts the panic and economic collapse of 2008. Celente foresees an even worse economic panic during 2016, ironically also a presidential election year.
