While Hampshire Hotels Management LLC did not say when its property at 400 High Avenue will start booking guests, it lists three choice job openings for the location.
This time last year developer WY Management held a ceremonial groundbreaking for the NYLO Nyack, which the developer replaced on its website with TIME Nyack since last week.
Time Hotel is one of five brands in the Début Hotel Group launched by HHM in January that includes August Hotels, Dream Hotels, Unscripted Hotels and Night Hotels.
Last Friday its office manager Alicia Boudreau knew nothing about the change of management and public relations companies. “I can’t tell you any more. I don’t know. You’ll have to talk to them,” she said.
Tanner Thurman at MCA Public Relations in Dallas, Texas, said the agency no longer represents NYLO Hotels because the contract expired, and the agency was told not to renew it.
Three days later (Monday morning) Boudreau responded to an email request for information regarding booking an event and rooms.
“Thank you for your interest in our Hotel,” she said in an email. “I have forwarded this to the person in charge of these types of bookings and she will be in touch with you in the near future.”
The 132-room hotel will have a restaurant, bar, meeting rooms, and fitness facilities. For the moment, however, it has no Director of Hotel Sales, General Manager or Director of Human Resources.
