Nicole A. Munderville, 32, of 2080 21st St.Astoria, N.Y. is accused of petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree for allegedly shoplifting from Shop-Rite in Stony Point.
On May 23, 2015 the Stony Point Police Department arrested Mundervill after an investigation revealed she attempted to remove $35.89 worth of items without paying from the Stony Point Shop Rite.
The defendant was arrested, processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable June 18.
