ARRESTS AT PEARL RIVER PARADE

ORANGETOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT: FROM THE DESK OF D/Sgt. Michael Shannon

James J. Finnegan III, 38, of Monroe NY was arrested for DWI after a property damage motor vehicle accident on Middletown Road Pearl River. Mr. Finnegan was arrested at the scene and transported to Orangetown headquarters where he refused to take a chemical breath test. Mr. Finnegan was charged with DWI, refusal to take a breath test and multiple vehicle and traffic violations.. He is to appear in Orangetown Justice Court on Apr 16, 2015 at 9 a.m.

Louis J. Pimpinella, 22, of Hillsdale NJ was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. Orangetown Police were called to 33 W. Central Ave Pearl River NY for a disorderly person. While investigating said complaint, Mr. Pimpinella became disorderly and attempted to flee. After a brief foot pursuit, Mr. Pimpinella was apprehended and continued to resist arrest. Mr. Pimpinella was transported to Orangetown headquarters, processed and released after posting $200 cash bail. He is to appear in Orangetown Justice court on April 7, 2015 at 930 a.m.

Robert E. Whitford, 21, of Park Ridge NJ was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. Orangetown Police were called to 24 E. Central Ave Pearl River for a disorderly patron During the police investigation, Mr. Whitford became disorderly and intentionally started fighting with uniformed officers and resisted arrest. Mr. Whitford was transported to Orangetown headquarters, processed and released after posting $200 cash bail. He is to appear in Orangetown Justice Court on April 7, 2015 at 9:30a.m.

William J. Corcoran, 25, of Pearl River NY was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Tampering 3rd degree. Mr. Corcoran was observed by the Orangetown Police throwing a 12 oz can of beer into the roadway and while being issued a summons for an open container, he became disorderly in public. After being transported to Orangetown headquarters, Mr. Corcoran continued to be disorderly and spit at uniformed officers and tampered with Orangetown Police property. He was released on $100 cash bail and is to appear in Orangetown Justice Court on April 14, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.

17 yr old male from Piermont NY for Open Container

20 yr old female from East Durham NY for Open Container

38 yr old male from Greenwood Lake NY for Drinking in Public

25 yr old male from Woodbridge NJ for Drinking in Public

25 yr old male from Pearl River NY for Drinking in Public

46 yr old male from Pearl River NY for Public Urination

16 yr old male from Emerson, NJ for Public Urination
