Jumper dies at Palisades Center Mall

At 3:52 p.m. today, the Clarkstown Police Department responded to the Palisades Center Mall for a report of a person that had possibly jumped from the fourth floor near the movie theater to the first floor by the entrance of the parking garage.

Police confirmed a female body had been discovered at the site and was deceased. The woman did not have ID on her, however, and police continue to investigate her identity.

Later, police revealed the deceased to be a woman in her 40s.
