Global Chicken Chain Arrives in Spring Valley With Modern Design

(SPRING VALLEY, New York) November 13, 2014 – Pollo Campero, the Latin restaurant leader noted worldwide for its signature flavors, today announced the location of its newest restaurant opening November 18, 2014. Located at 39 South Main St., Spring Valley, NY 10977, the new restaurant will create an estimated 30 jobs for the Spring Valley community.

The restaurant will be among the first in the nation to showcase the brand’s modern design which debuted in Guatemala and El Salvador earlier this year. Pollo Campero is looking to offer an updated, vibrant and welcoming experience to its customers while staying true to its roots by serving the same indescribable flavor that cannot be found anywhere else.

“The love that Central Americans have for Pollo Campero in my country of birth, El Salvador, is proof that we needed one in this local community, so we had to bring it to Spring Valley,” said Abel Monzón, franchisee and owner of Pollo Campero Spring Valley. “It was not fair that Pollo Campero fans had to travel with the delicious fried and grilled chicken from the airport in El Salvador in order to enjoy it with our families here at home in the United States!”

Pollo Campero is known for its unique Latin flavors and hand prepared fried and grilled chicken, made exactly the same way as when its first location opened in 1971 in Guatemala. The restaurant’s distinctive menu also includes fan favorite Latin specialty drinks like Horchata, empanadas and signature Latin desserts like flan.

Pollo Campero in Spring Valley will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday thru Thursday and from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The restaurant is located on the corner of Route 50 and Route 45.
