Stony Point to receive $20K in state funding for new patrol car

Senator Bill Larkin (R-C, Cornwall-on-Hudson) announced that he has secured $343,500 in anti-crime and domestic violence prevention funding for seven local law enforcement agencies, the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, the Orange County Medical Examiner’s Office and the Newburgh Enlarged City School District. Only one of the grants will assist Rocklanders, as the Town of Stony Point is set to receive $20,000 toward the purchase of a new patrol vehicle.
